$500 sounds too cheap. What's the catch?
Honest answer — there isn't one. Big agencies charge $5,000+ because they have offices, salespeople, account managers, and 12-week timelines with five rounds of revisions. We don't. Small team, modern tools, fast turnaround, no wasted overhead. We make money by doing this at scale and keeping it simple, not by charging you for stuff you don't need. The site you get is the same quality. The price is just honest.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name. The content is yours. If you ever cancel, we'll send you the files. We don't believe in hostage hosting.
What's actually included in the $60/month?
Hosting on professional infrastructure, SSL certificate, security and backups, uptime monitoring, and unlimited small text and photo edits. Updating hours, swapping phone numbers, adding services, switching out testimonials, refreshing photos. You text us. We do it. Usually same day.
What's NOT included?
Big custom builds — like online booking integration with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, or custom e-commerce. We can do that, but it's a separate quote. Also: paid Google ads, SEO link-building campaigns, and content writing beyond the initial site. Those are separate services we can refer you to.
How long until my site is live?
Usually 24 hours from the time you pay. Sometimes same day. The preview already exists when we call you — once you pay, we connect your domain, do final QC, and push it live.
Will it actually rank on Google?
Honest answer: ranking is never guaranteed by anyone, and you should be skeptical of agencies who promise it. What we do guarantee is a fast, mobile-optimized, search-friendly site with proper structure, schema markup, and service-area pages. Combined with a solid Google Business Profile, most of our clients show up in local searches within 30–60 days.

What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time, no penalty. The site comes down 30 days after cancellation. We send you the source files and transfer the domain to whatever registrar you want. No drama.
